Electric Vehicle Battery Enclosure

Designed a lightweight battery enclosure for an electric vehicle prototype. The design prioritized thermal management, crashworthiness, and IP67 sealing.

We used CFD for cooling channel optimization and FEA for impact simulation. The final design passed thermal cycling and crush tests.
